2017 Events
***Workshops and the Conference are for women immigrants only.***
Workshops will be hosted biweekly to train women about entrepreneurial skills. They will be taught by professionals in the industry. They will be held on Dalhousie campus.

Participating in the workshop series will qualify you for entry into the Women's Conference and Pitch Competition.
This will be the second annual event of this kind! This entrepreneurial training conference will be held on Dalhousie campus on November 25, 2017.
Food and childcare will be provided. You may participate in this workshop without having gone through the workshop series.
The Pitch Competition will allow participants to pitch their business in front of other entrepreneurs and potential investors. It will be held on November 27, 2017 at the Halifax Public Library. This will be a showcase event of immigrant owned businesses, and entrepreneurs will have a chance to compete for start-up funds.
